All code, content, contract templates, scoring models, and generated documents are proprietary assets of 7Milestone SASU (BrightNTech.AI) unless explicitly licensed.

Contract packages delivered by email as PDF include unique identifiers (token/contract IDs) for traceability and audit control. Signed copies must be returned to legal@brightntech.ai.

AI outputs are advisory and may contain errors. Human review, legal validation, and final contractual acceptance are always required before execution.

Terms may be updated to reflect legal, security, and regulatory changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
